Booth Size and Optional Rental Equipment
Please select 1 booth size below. If you require multiple booths please submit a separate application for each. Rental equipment is optional and price includes rental for both days of the show. No booth splitting allowed.

Substitute rolling racks for tables (optional)
If extra tables are needed you may substitute with rolling racks 1 for 1. Each table is 48" x 30". If need please indicate the number of tables you want instead of racks below
Mannequin Rental (optional) - $50 each
Extra hang bar for your rolling rack (optional) - $10 each
extra rolling rack not included
Power outlet in your booth (optional) - $50

Advertise in the show directory
A full page color advertisement in the CALA print & online directory which is provided to all buyers who attend the show.
$200 per page

Shipping Information
Apparel Market Transport Inc is the preferred shipper of all the CALA shows. They ship from Downtown Los Angeles direct to Denveronly.

Pick up in Downtown LA is Friday October 27th from 9am to 12pm.
Shipping from Los Angeles is 0.91c/lb each way.
There is a $300 minimum round trip charge.

If you're not shipping with Apparel Market Transport a mandatory drayage fee of $300 will be added to your show cost for your merchandise to enter and exit the venue. This fee is not negotiable.
