If you need an earlier check in you will need to check into your room on Friday, February 16. There are no guarantees that your room will be available before 4:00 pm on your arrival date.

Show Fee, Rooms and Optional Rental Equipment
The show fee is $1000

Show fee includes:
• 4 rolling racks or 4 tables or a combination of both
• If needed, help will be available to move furniture to the bedroom with the exception of the sofa bed. No furniture will be removed from the bedroom.
• Basic listing in the show directory
• Breakfast provided daily by the Embassy Suites, lunch will be served on show dates
• Complimentary Wi-Fi
• Furniture needs to be returned to its original spot or there will be a $100 fee

Lights (optional) - $75 each
We recommend a minimum of 2 light rentals or bring your own lights. There will not be additional lights available to rent when you arrive at the show.

Booking your Hotel Rooms

You are required to book your hotel rooms from:

Saturday, February 17th to Tuesday, February 20th

If you need to set up early Saturday Morning please book a room for Friday, February 16th additionally.

Payment and Terms
After the application is submitted, you will be sent an invoice for the show. Please promptly pay by credit card or check to reserve your spot. Without payment, spots will not be held.
